    My style of photography is evolving and changing each day, so it's always fun to check the blog for my most recent work. I am a lifestyle photographer. I strive to create photos that show relationships, that capture special gestures and that will invoke a memory of a certain time in your life. senior 2012 amy

Amy was running a bit late when we started our session, and she was feeling a bit frazzled (not that she looks it AT ALL). So we just took it easy and her mom and dad were super helpful and we managed to get some fabulous shots in this Arts District session.  Amy had the cutest clothes and killer shoes. And we love the food trucks we managed to find while we were there.

Oh Miss Hannah, it was so nice to spend some time with you and you mom and capture these images for your senior session! You have got that California look already and I’m afraid those engineering boys are going to be a little distracted.

2012 senior Kyndal

This beautiful senior gal wanted some images from the docks for her senior session.  So we met at the Arboretum for a few shots, then drove to the lake for a few more.

I love that her Dad came with her to help her out and that she brought her favorite stuffed animal from childhood for a few shots.

senior 2012 grace

Oh my, Miss Grace and her mom wrote the book on “How to be a perfect senior session client!” They did everything right, which means I had a bi-zillion images from this session that were fabulous!

First, they chose to use my makeup artist extraordinaire,  Autumn. I cannot tell you enough how important it is to have good photography makeup for your session.

Then of course, they chose a beautiful location and the weather was perfect.

And lastly, they really put some thought into choosing each outfit for her session and had it completely accessorized using my guidelines. It could not have been smoother.

And the payoff?? Well, just see for yourself with this little sneak peek:
